Editor's note:

I have recently received an email from the VFW Post Adjutant that KLI did not threaten to tow vehicles that parked in front of the building during the holidays. The VFW Post took it upon themselves to post the threats. Several threatening signs remained throughout the building for a month leading myself and many others to believe it was true. I sincerely apologize to KLI for any adverse reactions that the article may have caused and hope that the VFW will do the same. Since the article came out I have heard from several people some of the kind and generous things the owners of KLI have done for the community. We at the Coconut Telegraph applaud them for their contributions to needy Veteran's and members of the community.
